These terms describe how RC Builders and Home Remodeling works with customers in Huntsville, AL and the surrounding area. By requesting an estimate or hiring us, you agree to these terms.
Free Estimates
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. We review the work and give you a straight price. Final pricing may change if we find unexpected conditions once work begins; we will tell you before proceeding.
Warranty
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on most installations. We will explain exactly what your warranty covers before we start. The warranty does not cover everything; it applies to most installations we complete.
Scheduling & Hours
We work 7 AM to 5 PM. Customers call to make an appointment. We serve Huntsville and up to 50 miles around.
SMS Text Messaging Terms
When you check the SMS consent box on our estimate form, you agree to receive text messages from RC Builders and Home Remodeling at the mobile number you provided. These messages relate to your estimate request and project communications.
- Consent: SMS consent is optional but required if you want to receive text messages from us. You may opt out at any time.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will confirm your opt-out.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance with your subscription.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project and communication needs.
- Carrier charges: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
- No sharing: Your mobile number and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for marketing.

Surprises & Changes
Remodeling can reveal hidden issues. When we find something unexpected, we tell you right away, explain your options, and let you decide what fits your budget before we fix it.
Payment & Scope
The scope of work and pricing are agreed upon before work begins. Any changes to the scope will be discussed and agreed to before additional work is performed. We respect your budget and handle surprises honestly.
Limitation of Liability
RC Builders and Home Remodeling is not liable for damages beyond the scope of the work agreed upon. Our liability is limited to the work performed and the 1-year limited warranty on most installations. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues unrelated to our work.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
